Abstract

The review of the foreign experience of outreach practice represented the place and role of wide coverage technologies in the social work systems of different countries. It was found that the term "outreach" mainly refers to the conditions in which professional social workers (as representatives of a state, municipal or public institution) contact their clients in their living environment, using public (on the street) and private (at home) ) forms of communication and various resources (for example, mass media, etc.). Outreach practices are accessibility practices aimed at increasing the access of a wide range of clients to social services and improving their social care.
