Abstract

According to the theoretical-methodical analysis of scientific sources, the multi-vector complexity and multifacetedness of infantile cerebral palsy was determined. An in-depth analysis of the literature related to the organization of support for children with psychophysical disorders was carried out. It was determined that children with cerebral palsy are not sufficiently provided with special speech therapy support from an early age. The article presents the aggregated results of research into the state of speech therapy support for young children with cerebral palsy. According to which, the design of speech therapy support for a young child with cerebral palsy is proposed in the form of a model of the interaction of an interdisciplinary team of specialists from various fields, which ensures the full and timely creation of the necessary conditions for the development, habilitation/rehabilitation of such a child and his family, in the form specially organized speech therapy space. The main thing in the organization and implementation of speech therapy support is an interdisciplinary approach, which can take into account all the multifaceted and multi-vector development problems of young children with cerebral palsy, which cause the distorted formation and impaired speech development of such children from the very beginning of their lives. This approach will ensure the necessary interdisciplinary integration of all links of child support in healthcare and educational institutions and will become a continuous educational space filled with the specially adjusted work of specialists of various profiles, the child and his parents (or persons who replace them). Taking into account today's challenges, based on the development indicators and potential opportunities of young children with cerebral palsy, the main tool of speech therapy support has been determined ‑ the method of early speech intervention in the development of children with cerebral palsy "In the rhythm of a butterfly". The content of which took into account the multi-vector and multifaceted nature of the impaired development of a young child with cerebral palsy. The presented technique of early speech intervention for young children with cerebral palsy has its own features, tasks, functions, components, principles of this technique. We believe that the proposed design and methodology will provide maximum support for a child with cerebral palsy and his family, taking into account all the challenges of today.
