УДК: 378:37.013. ВИМІРЮВАННЯ ПРАВОВОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТІ 231 СОЦІАЛЬНА РОБОТА

Анотація
У науковій статті представлений результат практичної реалізації засобів вимірювання правової компетентності майбутніх соціальних працівників за такими показниками, як: правова свідомість студентів, їхня вмотивованість до здійснення фахово-правової діяльності, здатність до рефлексування рівня своєї обізнаності у правовій царині. За результатами проведеного та представленого у статті вимірювання зі студентами спеціальності 231 Соціальна робота Хортицької національної академії (м. Запоріжжя) спостерігаємо переважаючий вияв характеристик високого та достатнього рівнів розвитку правової компетентності. Крім цього, проведене дослідження виявило низкуфакторів, які потребують подальшого вивчення та деталізації їхнього впливу на розвиток у здобувачів правової компетентності:особистісна значимість емоційної оцінки професійної або життєвої ситуації на противагу обґрунтовано-правовій оцінці;полідисциплінарний дискурс розбудови освітнього процесу вищої школи, спрямованого на розвиток правової культури здобувачів та інші.
